Ken was fantastic! Fast, honest and reasonably priced.
My clutch stopped working the week before Christmas. I didn’t think I would get anyone to look at it until the new year.
I had it towed there one evening and it was ready for me to pick up the next evening.
I was a new client and most mechanics would have turned me away. When I picked it up there were 3 mechanics still working after hours.
A less honest mechanic would have told me the clutch needed replacing. Ken flushed replaced the clutch fluid. Tested it a number of times and charged me a very reasonable price for the work.
Ken also picked up a number of other maintenance issues that had been neglected, previously I’ve had the car serviced at VW service centres.
I can’t recommend Ken and the team from Vox Auto enough. Thanks guys, I really appreciate your help.

This is the second occasion I have been involved with Ken and the team @VOX auto. From being broken down on the side of a highway off ramp at 830am in Peak hour traffic, I was rather stressed being unable to move my VW caddy off the road.(while causing traffic chaos.)
A quick call to racq and then the Ken to see if it was OK to tow there.
No problem he said.
Fast forward till 12pm Wednesday, I had the the car towed and left it with his associates.
Both Master & Slave clutch Cylinders were at fault and I gave the go ahead for him to replace them. (with parts he needed to order out of Sydney)
I then get a text today Thursday, only 24 hours after I left it at the workshop, saying it was repaired and ready to go.
Amazing customer service.
Amazing attitude.
Amazing communication.
Amazing price.
Amazing results.
Being my trade, AND personal truck. I was delighted to have it back and be able to get back to work and out and about.
